Ready to try adult cheer?
Our adult cheer taster sessions are the perfect way to experience Ultimate Cheer before committing to a regular class. For £20, you’ll receive two cheer sessions where you can meet our coaches, develop your skills and discover which adult programme is right for you.
The tasters are suitable for adults aged 18+, whether you’re completely new to cheerleading, have experience in gymnastics or dance, or are returning to cheer after some time away.
Adult taster sessions take place during the first two weeks of the month. Once you’ve purchased your sessions, a member of the Ultimate Cheer team will contact you to arrange suitable dates based on your experience and current class availability.

- A welcoming introduction to Ultimate Cheer and our adult programmes
- Both sessions will take place during the first two weeks of the month
- Session dates are arranged with our team after purchase
- Sessions are subject to class availability
After your tasters
If you’re completely new to cheer, your two taster sessions will count as the first two weeks of our four-week Adult Beginner Course. If you would like to complete the course, you’ll pay the remaining £30 for the final two weeks.
If you have previous cheer experience, our coaches will recommend a suitable non-competitive class based on your age, experience and ability. If you would like to continue, you’ll pay an additional £30 to attend for the remaining two weeks of the month.
When you decide to continue, the £45 annual membership fee will also become payable. Your regular monthly subscription will then be set up for the following month.
Elite pathways and competition teams are not included in this open-entry taster process.
